here comes peter cottontail

We’ve been singing a lot of the Peter cottontail song lately.  Eli wasn’t sure what Easter meant, but one thing he knows is that he loves candy.  Dad and Eli got busy dying eggs the night before Easter.

Eli wanted to do all the dipping…..he sure had fun.

In some of our dinosaur books it talks about dinosaurs eating other dinosaurs’ eggs….I think this is where this came from.

The Easter bunny hid lots of eggs around the house.  Eli found them all(with a little help) and was so excited.

sharks at the moa

Last weekend we took a little Saturday trip to the Underwater World at the Mall of America.  We had never been there, so it was on the ‘to do’ list.  Eli loves animals, so he was pretty excited to see some sharks and Nemo, of course.

Dad and Eli about to enter the stuffed animal area…(if you’ve been there you know what I’m talking about)
