hanging out in the kitchen

Our kitchen is where we spend a lot of our time….well I can’t really say that’s because I’m cooking, but we do like to look in the refrigerator and cabinets.  Silas doesn’t like to be far from mom and dad, so if we’re busy he lays on the kitchen rug and eats his bottle.  Eli decided he wanted to drink his sippy cup lying next to Si.  He loves his little brother so much…

“……I think they put the soap here….”

“Maybe I’ll just unload it.  Silverware is my favorite!”

Tonight on the way home from daycare/work, we were eating supper in the car(yes…I admit, I am a little lazy after work and it’s supper time).  Eli told me he was done with his hamburger.  He had only taken one bite, so I said, “I think you need to eat a little more of your meat.”  He said, “Mommy, I’m a eat meater!”  We’ve been reading books about dinosaurs lately.  Made me laugh.
